What is a Buyer Home Inspection?
A Buyer Home Inspection is a thorough examination of a residential property's visible and readily accessible components. At Onega Inspection Services, we are dedicated to providing a clear, unbiased perspective on a home's condition to each one of our clients.
Each of our residential inspections abides by the Standards of Practice as stated by The American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI), and licensing requirements specified by the states of Rhode Island and Connecticut.
Please note: This means that we fully accept the role of Home Inspector only and do not advocate non-inspection related services, such as contracting or remediation, as this would be a conflict of interest and interfere with our ability to provide a entirely unbiased assessment of your home.
Our specialized knowledge of homes in Connecticut and Rhode Island allows us to identify common issues so that you can go on to negotiate any necessary repairs or improvements without missing critical details that could impact the quality of your investment. We conduct extensive research to make sure we're employing the latest in home inspection standards, tools and technology to ensure you're getting an accurate evaluation of the specific components that make up your future home.

After your inspection is finished, our findings are compiled into an easy to understand, highly detailed report complete with pictures, videos and informational links, all tailored to educate you, the homebuyer, about your prospective new home. This report is ready within 24 hours upon the completion of your home inspection.

But our job doesn't end there.

Even after you receive your report, we remain available for any additional questions or concerns you may have, regardless of how much time has passed since your inspection took place.
